Cooking Classes

Cooking is fun. And part of the pleasure of entertaining is creating delectable dishes without spending hours in the kitchen. That’s been the focal point my cooking classes and award-winning newspaper features for over two decades.

I love quick-to-prepare dishes, luscious concoctions that show off my full-flavored style, especially those that use fresh fruits and vegetables to their best advantage.

My focus stays in sync with hectic schedules.

Current Classes

No classes are planned at the current time. Darn, I miss them.

On tight deadline with Book #3. When it’s in, I’ll schedule a new series of classes. Promise.

    Have a great summer, Barb

  2. Barbara Federman says:

Hi Cathy, I’m going to Venice and Rome with my family this August, there are 7 of us. We all love food and wine, even Tatum age 11 and Ethan age 9. The purpose of the trip is to celebrate my husband’s very big birthday. Can you recommend some of your favorite places to eat in either Rome or Venice ?
I also want to remind you that Kris and I are anxiously awaiting your next cooking class,
    Have Happy days, Barb
