COOKING CLASSES


 
 

Cooking is fun. And part of the pleasure of cooking and entertaining is creating delectable dishes without spending hours in the kitchen. That’s been the focal point my cooking classes and award-winning newspaper features for over two decades. I love quick-to-prepare dishes, luscious concoctions that show off my full-flavored style, especially those that use fresh fruits and vegetables to their best advantage.

Sharing my knowledge is what gives pleasure to my work.  It believe that cooking should be simple and enjoyable.  My focus stays in sinck with the hectic environment in which we leave, by providing fast ways to turn simple ingredients into culinary pieces of art.
